Cancellation Policy
Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding. This Catering Services Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of your acceptance below (the "Effective Date"), by and between 30A Cartcuterie ("Cartcuterie") and you, the client ("Client"). By proceeding with this agreement, you confirm that the event details provided are accurate. Catering Services: Cartcuterie agrees to provide the following catering services for the event: • Provision of a preselected menu. • Delivery of catered food to the location agreed upon. • The caterer will arrive at least 30 minutes before the event start time for setup. Any changes to the menu or services must be agreed upon in writing (via email or other documented electronic communication) by both Cartcuterie and the Client at least 14 days before the event. Payment Terms: • Late Payment Fee: A late payment fee of $50 per day will be applied to any payments received after the due date. • Gratuity: Gratuity is warmly accepted via Venmo at @loramarieA. By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to the payment terms outlined above. Once your booking is confirmed, an invoice will be sent via email for payment. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by Client: • If cancelled 30 days or more before the event, the deposit will be refunded. • If cancelled within 30 days of the event, the total deposit will be retained by Cartcuterie. • If cancelled within 10 days of the event, no refunds will be given. Cancellation by Caterer: • In the event of cancellation by Cartcuterie, all payments received will be refunded to the Client. Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for the following: • Providing an accurate final guest count no later than 14 days before the event. • Obtaining any necessary permits or licenses for the event location. • Ensuring the safety of Cartcuterie's equipment from damage caused by the Client or the Client's guests. • Notifying Cartcuterie of any food allergies or medical conditions that may be affected by any food or services provided, including but not limited to fruits, nuts, grains, and dairy. • Ensuring the Client's guests are responsible for any reaction to self-served and/or children if ingested. Adult supervision is highly advised when a child is consuming the provided catered food.
